What supporting documents do I need to provide?

The application form will ask you for information that you should know or have easy access to. We are required by law for our systems to perform a review of the last 90 days transactions in your bank account. We will provide you with a secure link to facilitate this. You'll need to have your internet banking details handy. You will also need to provide details that will allow us to verify your identity, such as a passport or Medicare card number.
