How do I log into my City Finance account?

Once you've been approved for a loan product, your account is automatically set up for you. 

For new customers you will receive the email “Welcome to City Finance Consumer Loans” which will direct you to our City Finance customer portal. Please use your nominated email address as the username and create a password between 6-10 characters with 1 capital letter and 1 number. 

For existing customers, the City Finance customer portal can be accessed through the 'login' section of our website or by clicking on this link. Please use your email address and password to login. 

Can’t remember your password? That’s okay use this link and an email will be sent to your nominated email address for you to create a new password.
